After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Please do check your Junk or Spam folders just in case it has gone into there. You can also log into your Account and check under "My Orders" to see the status of your order. If you don't receive anything from us after this then please call our customer service team on 01202 338514 and we will be more than happy to help you.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to amend this.
We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please refer to our "Delivery and Return" Section which you can find at the bottom of the page for further instructions.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. We aim to work as fast as possible to process this for you, but sometimes during busier times like our sale periods, there might be a slightly delay. Your refund can take between 3-5 working days to then appear in your account so please check with your Bank should you have any enquiries.
After you proceed to checkout, enter your details or log in to your account and then select your shipping methods. You will then be taken to a new page where you will be able to enter your discount code. You will not be able to add this to your order once you have paid so please make sure you haven't gone too far into the process. You can only use one code per transaction.
There are a few reasons why this isn't working. All of our discount codes are case sensitive so please double check to see you have entered the right code. They all have expiry dates so it could be that this is now out of date. We do not advertise our codes on third party sites so please refer to our newsletter or social media to find out the latest deals.
We can only guarantee the product is yours after you have completed an order. Unfortunately they are not reserved for you in your shopping cart.
We are unable to make changes to orders already placed. If your order has not been processed yet we may be able to cancel it, or you will need to return your items and place a new order.
We sell our items to a number of stockists who are independent from us. If you have purchased your item from a store, we first ask you kindly to contact them directly for any help you may require. Once you have made contact, and you are still not satisfied, then please email our customer service team on [email protected] We appreciate that sometimes you might have made a purchase on holiday and you are not local to the shop you bought this from, but please call them to find out more information. You can also refer to our Terms and Conditions if you are unhappy with this answer.
We do our upmost to ensure that all of our items are checked thoroughly before sending out and we work closely with our factories to ensure the best quality for our customers. Should you receive an item that is faulty, please refer to our "Delivery and Returns" section to find out what to do.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You can refer to our "Delivery and Returns" Section which you can find at the bottom of the page for more information.
If you are in the UK, after your order has been processed and dispatched, it will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please be advised that the processing time can vary and the delivery can take slightly longer during busy periods such as sale.
Express orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be dispatched on the say day to arrive the following working day. Please be advised that during any sale period the Express delivery might be delayed or disabled. Please be advised that express delivery is not available over weekend/ bank holiday weekend.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email but please kindly note that once your order has left our building, we do not have any control over how long the deliveries will take.
We mainly use Royal Mail for all UK orders, and UPS and Parcel Force for heavier orders and international orders.

You don't have to set up an account with us but it's very easy to do and will only take a few minutes of your time. This will make it easier for you when you want to place another order or if you want to check the status of your current order. We only ask for a few simple details and we give you the option of opting in for further marketing communications. We do not share your information with any third parties and would like you to know that your details are safe and secure with us.
If you log on to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to amend your details. Please kindly note that we are unable to change your delivery address on a current active order.
If you have forgotten your password, then do not worry. Just to go the account log in page and press "forgotten password" and we will email you instructions on what to do next. Please keep an eye on your junk and spam inboxes just in case the email has gone into there.

We are following the strict guidelines laid out by the Government to ensure the safety of all our staff. We are still sending out orders and we have extended our returns policy to 60 days from delivery should you want to return anything.
